RF Strength and Conditioning is a growing gym since 2014, welcoming everyone who approaches the door, from a beginners level to an advanced elite level.

Qualified strength and conditioning coach, level 2 personal training, CrossFit level 1 coach, owner and head coach at RF Strength & Conditioning. Over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry personal training & then gym owner for the past 6 years. Crossfit athlete winner/podium of a number of big competitions nationwide also in Europe & 3 time Crossfit team regionals athlete 2016, 2017 & 2018. Also Crossfit Games coach 2018 for teen athlete Tadhg Lawless.

Coach at RF Strength and Conditioning, young experienced working with Robert Flanagan and other CrossFit gyms in Dublin. CrossFit level 1 and ITEC personal trainer. Also is an up and coming CrossFit athlete.

strength & conditioning CLasses

Programmed by head coach Robert. This class involves strength training, gymnastics, Olympic lifting & high intensity training. It has a great mix and is scalable from a total beginner to an advanced experienced athlete.

personal training

We offer a wide range of personal training slots daily Monday-Saturday. Payment can be made in block book or single sessions.

hYROX CLASSES

Each session we will focus on your conditioning, so you are prepared for a HYROX event. We will focus on running, rowing and ski erg technique as well as additional movements which are you are expected to complete. Get ready to work and enjoy getting prepared for an event.

Group Personal Training

Have a friend, partner or family member that you would like to train with? Then we have you covered with our group personal training. We offer a wide range of personal training slots daily Monday-Saturday. Payment can be made in block book or single sessions.


beginners classes

Learn the basics first before adding any weight. This class will make you feel more comfortable so you learn the correct technique needed for classes. This will then optimise your training over the long term so you don't pick up any bad habits.
